The main attraction in this small museum is Michelangelo’s 17-foot-tall masterpiece, the David. Although it’s worth the trip just for this, you can see other works by famous artists as well as a mini musical instrument museum.

The Bargello museum is Florence sculpture museum. It contains the worlds greatest collection of Donatello sculptures, as well as work by Michelangelo and Cellini.

The Uffizi is one of the largest collections of Renaissance art in the world. The museum houses masterpieces by Botticelli, da Vinci, Michelangleo, Raphael, Caravaggio and more. Even if you aren’t interested in art you have to go at least to see the Birth of Venus.
