Pizzeria ‘O Vesuvio
via dei Cimatori 21r
Touristy but tasty. They have a large variety of pizzas made quickly.
Laziale is my fav! Fresh dough, flavorful prosciutto, and gobs of mozzarella cheese.
Side note: Jersey Shore people worked here.

Mercato Centrale
Piazza del Mercato Centrale
The Central Market is the building in the middle of the San Lorenzo Market. Here you can find fresh, inexpensive meats, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and bakery items. They also have several stands selling wine, olive oil, vinegars, and pastas that make good gifts.

SMN Train Station
Piazza della Stazione
The train station is your gateway to Europe. You’ll take trains to various towns in Italy and to the Pisa airport, where you’ll fly RyanAir.

So one of the points of this blog is to help document for my senior project.
For my project, I will be making an interactive map of Florence highlighting all the best sights to see and places to go.
While in Florence I gathered photos and info of places I might want to include.
Now I have written all the descriptions and tracked down all the addresses so I’ll be posting a new place everyday.
